Computer Configuration -Administrative Templates --Windiows Components/Windows Update ---Configure Automatic Updates = "4 - Auto download and schedule the install" ---Specify intranet Microsoft Update Service location = "Enabled" ----http://myservername ----http://myservername In the scope tab, under Security Filtering, I have specified two computers I am trying to test out. Also, by default, Authenticated Users is listed as well. I have this GPO linked at the domain level - just to make sure it was not getting missed. I also have this enforced. I have run gpupdate / force as well as the MS noted command wuauclt.exe /detector - just to be sure it was not a timing delay. So far, neither of the two computers I specified are showing up in the WSUS admin. Any help would be greatly appreciated. |

If you had outlined that you had installed WSUS on a non standard port, then it would have been obvious. I always deploy WSUS using port 443 (SSL) and port 80 (if available). This allows everything to run over standard ports. It didn't even occur to me to check that the port was different - I assumed that was something that you had already set. |
