Computer Startup Scripts -- what permissions do they run as?

I'm working on deploying the fix for Windows 2000 daylight savings update... I am going to use computer startup scripts under group policy, however.... what permissions do those get? I know if I use a user script, that most of the things I need won't execute because the users don't have admin rights on their PC.

Much obliged for any insight... I just want to make sure this is the best way to do it before I go ahead and try

Usually as SYSTEM (Local security)
As long as you don't need 'network' access, you should be okay.
