How do I configure an internal DNS server.

I have followed the instruction here: Creating an Internal DNS Server Tutorial (Windows Server 2003) but still having problems with DNS not resolving |

and the client PC you are using is pointing at this DNS server ONLY for it's DNS, not out to the internet too? Is wwbn.com used internally? (Internet resolving should be handled by entering the ISP addresses in the forwarders tab of the DNS server) nslookup dev1.wwbn.com. dev1 exit BTW if this is for one machine as a test it might be easier to add the entry to the HOSTS table at c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts |
