Default Emails being Rejected with 550 Error

I'm desperate. I have a bulk email server that was fine until I changed my domain name servers a few days ago. Now every email I send out is bounced with a 550 error, even though relaying is NOT allowed on my Windows 2003 IIS SMTP server, i.e. on the Access tab in the IIS SMTP server Properties only the IP of the server itself, is granted relay rights. I've also checked the box "Allow all users that authenticate. . ."

However, I didn't change anything in this setup when I changed the DNS and it was working before fine so I stumped as to why this should still be a problem.

The only other possibility is that the ISP for this mail server is Hostway.com, and I switched my DNS for the domain, spa-addicts.com, to HostMySite.com. However, I set up the A, MX and PTR records for this Hostway.com server, mail2.spa-addicts.com, to point to its IP address, 216.139.224.92, so this should not be an issue.

Any help would be great appreciated. A very important email campaign is being help up because of this issue.

zane_o, I think you're wrongfully assuming that they do not have anything to do with each other. If you do nslookup on that domain for MX records, you will see that both servers are listed with MX records.

Non-authoritative answer:
spa-addicts.com MX preference = 10, mail exchanger = mail.spa-addicts.com
spa-addicts.com MX preference = 20, mail exchanger = mail2.spa-addicts.com

They're both defined to handle inbound traffic for the same spa-addicts.com domain.
