Windows Server 2003 Services fail to load at startup

Question: Windows Server 2k3:

Error message on boot, requiring acknowledgement, therefore machine must be monitored during a restart - a remote restart cannot be initiated.

One or more services failed to start Consult the Event Log....

Event log shows to be DCxxMJPG and LStone

Earlier in event log, not sure whether before or after the restart, but assume must be related:

DCxxMJPG - Device registration failed (0x0014)
LStone - Device not found (0x0001)

that is deffinitely a hardware issue from what i can see, is your device manager reporting any errors
