SSL Certificate error message for inside firewall

We recently purchased an ssl certificate from geotrust. The address on the certificate is for users outside the firewall so when owa is accessed they do not recieve a warning.

The problem is that internal users now recieve a warning because the cert does not read the internal address(FQDN) and I can't manage public folders because I get

The SSL certificate server name is incorrect.
ID no: c103b404
Exchange System Manager

You receive an SSL Certificate error message when you view public folders in Exchange System Manager

The advice from MS knowledge base has not helped me.

What can I do? Is there a way to make another address on the cert, or an additional one?

external users : https://webmail.yourdomain.com/exchange

internal users: https://yourserver/exchange

if u modify hosts file with the correct server address and name
10.11.12.13 webmail.yourdomain.com

so u can browse https://webmail.yourdomain.com/exchange with ther right name
