system process causing high cpu utilization

Question: My system process is causing high utilization. The server is a domain controller (not the global address catalog) and file server. We only have 80 users. It has a 2.8 Xeon and 2 gigs of memory. Any suggestions?

There are some issues with using a server as both a DC and a file server, but that refers to SMB and the slowness of file transfers with small files. Not sure if it would be related to this or not.

If you are running a real-time virus scanner on it as well, you may exclude the SYSVOL and NETLOGON directories, as well as any DHCP or DNS directories.
