"No terminal server client access available for this computer" problem

Question: Hello, we have two computers on a separate DMZ network where one is a terminal server in application mode and the other computer is terminal server license "client" which the users connect to and it seems to work fine 99% of the time.
However, a few clients have reported this error message which seems to happen all the time from their specific clients: "The remote session was disconnected because there are no Terminal server client acess licenses available for this computer"

This seems to be a client problem only since there are plenty of licenses available and it only happens for specific computers while the others seems to work just fine. Any ideas?

If it is just a few clients, then from their perspective they are unlicensed connecting to the TS. delete this registry value and reboot, and test again:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\ Software\ Microsoft\ MSLicensing\Store\LICENSE000

Also a good idea to remove all cached bitmaps from your TS client.

Also a good idea to upgrade to the next TS client.
