I am getting an event ID in by exchange server 2003, and for whichever user this error happens, that particular user will not b able to use outlook, OWA will work for the same user only outlook wont work.

This exchange server is haivng SP2 installed on it. I google the event ID and found KB article http://support.microsoft.com/kb/830836 which is not exactly the same error but similar to the one I am getting.

I am going to apply SP2 again on the server tonight.

If someone else has any other idea or seen this issue b4 pls respond

I just checked on my registry on my exchange server and i have the following:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CURRENTCONTROLSET\SERVIC ES\MSEXCHANGEIS\PARAMETERSSYSTEM\MAXOBJSPERMAPISES SION

Under that key i created a new DWORD named Session and gave it a Decimal value of 500.
