I am getting an event ID in by exchange server 2003, and for whichever user this error happens, that particular user will not b able to use outlook, OWA will work for the same user only outlook wont work.

This exchange server is haivng SP2 installed on it. I google the event ID and found KB article Event ID 9646 is logged when you try to send many messages in Exchange Server 2003 which is not exactly the same error but similar to the one I am getting.

I am going to apply SP2 again on the server tonight.

If someone else has any other idea or seen this issue b4 pls respond

I just checked on my registry on my exchange server and i have the following:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CURRENTCONTROLSET\SERVIC ES\MSEXCHANGEIS\PARAMETERSSYSTEM\MAXOBJSPERMAPISES SION

Under that key i created a new DWORD named Session and gave it a Decimal value of 500.
