Help me with this error

Everything seems to be ok,when I left my room and lock (or log off) my server,it's still ok, but when I's back, used Ctrl-Alt-Del and my user account to unlock, it hanged with 1 default blue screen of welcome display without any error messages, although other users were still able to use resource on network or internet.

My company just had 1 server(windows 2003) for domain controller and file server. Can anyone help me? thanks for any ideas !!!

I get the following error when I try to open "My Company's Website" on Windows Small Business Server 2003
