i keep getting this error about twice a day....any suggestions on how to correct this?

I have a problem, I've been trying to install PHP on a Windows 2003 Server with IIS 6.

I believe I've got that done, but I get errors. Here's what I have.

I have a script/page called 'modules.php'. In the modules.php file, I have it include files. Like for example.

modules.php?name=new_page

it includes 'modules/new_page.php'

this works great so far

Then in the new_page.php file, I have an if then statement.
