After the installation of Windows Vista, Administrator account is disabled. If you want to use it, you have to enable it.

Start -> click by the right button of the mouse on Computer, than select Manage -> Local Users and Groups -> Users -> click on the Administrator -> Make option Account is disabled non-selected -> Apply & OK.

And you're done. But don't forget to give the Administrator account password, it's quite dangerous without the pass..
