Help - Vista / utorrent | firewall / open port issue...

Hardware: wrt350n router
Notebook PC with Vista Ultimate, Windows Onecare Software FIrewall & utorrent.

I have utorrent installed on a Vista PC.
I disabled upnp in the router and in utorrent.
I manually assigned a port # 2222 to the router and my computer's static IP address.
I allowed OneCare to accept connection from utorrent.

Problem: utorrent still shows as port no being forwarded... (red icon on bottom status bar) plus when I initiate the port forward test in utorrent, it says it not open.

Same setup with XP and it works. Any suggestions?

Did you modify Vista's builtin firewall as well?
