Blue Screen in Vista Ultimate

I don't have any problems through the installation of Vista Ultimate.
I install Vista Ultimate 32bit and after the first critical and reccomended updates installation from Microsoft, i have a blue screen after the restart.
The Log Viewer in the System is full of errors because of these updates.
