Error while loading WSD DLL....

Can anybody help me here....!!!
I am not able to load WSD dll on Vista machine while installing proxy drivers.
Also I tried to load it manually, but only DllMain is getting called; if I generate Network traffic windows switch is not calling my WSD dll routines....????

Any help on this front highly appreciated...

Oops forget to mention,... WSD: Winsock Direct; since there are many similar stuff exist...
