Windows Updates failes with 80072EFD error code in vista

Question: Vista Business, windows update is set to auto update every day at 3:00 AM installing all found updates. I get an error that says it can't. I open the windows update screen and attempt to do it manually and it fails with error code: 80072EFD. I look at the help and it says firewall problem. I turn off the firewall (which was disabled by my domain group policy anyway), still no good. I do use a Sonicwall 2040 firewall for the LAN, but no problems with it and all the other windows workstations (20 or so). Any ideas??
