Re-Combine (Join) 2 Partitions

One of my drives has 2 partitions, both are NTFS.

Maxtor (D) Simple Basic NTFS Healthy (Active Primary Partition)
205 GB total with 46.3 GB free

Max-Mini (I) Simple Basic NTFS Healthy (Primary Partition)
28.3GB with 28.2 GB free (empty)

Running Vista Ultimate
How do I join the 2 partions back to one main drive (D) without losing any data?

Use the Disk management tool to delete the small partition if you have all data off of it. Then extend the large partition to include this new space. You should be able to do all of this with Vista native tools.
