IIS7 and running website over a network

When running IIS on Windows XP Pro, I was always able to access any site I'd built from any PC on the network, simply by typing http://mymachinename/website/index.html (for example). The same does not work in Vista, due to some new security policy I would assume. Can someone tell me how to allow this again?

Turn off the firewall. If it works, then you'll need to add an exclusion to the list for port 80 on the firewall.
