Run a few machines on Vista while all others are on XP Pro...should I?

Question: I have to order 4 more workstations for new employees and, of course, am faced with the choice of Vista vs XP Pro. I have no intention of upgrading all workstations to Vista for about a year, but am not sure what to do with new workstations.

Does anyone have any criticisms about running a few workstations with Vista when most all are on XP Pro (Windows Server 2003 enviornment)? What about me (sys admin) using Vista on my own workstation while everyone else runs XP Pro?

If you want to duplicate your workload - then fine, go ahead!

For 4 workstations, its not a massive problem - but troubleshooting will take longer - as the learning curve will be steeper for the employees using Vista.
