I used to have all my folders on windows xp as list
and I used to click on view and save the same view
for all my forlders.. now how do I do the same thing
but for windows vista?

after you have configured the current folder to your liking,
1. pres alt
2. click on tools
3. click on "folder options"
4. click on the "view" tab
5. click on "apply to all folders"

that will apply the current view settings (like list view) to all folders
