What are the chances of getting my money back from M$ for this worthless Vista OS I b

Question: Just dumped it and put back XP - ahhhhh, everything actually works again.

So, is there a way to get my money back from M$ for this trainwreck? I know that typically you can't get a refund on software, but doesn't the manufacturer have to provide some kind of quality assurance?

I am fairly sure that the answer is: "Not no, but HELL NO!".

I've been running Vista on a test box for about 9 months and it functions "OK".
I still recommend to anyone who asks that they wait until it is ready for Prime Time.
And it sure ain't ready yet.
