Where does Windows Mail store user settings?

Question: Anyone know where Windows Mail stores the user's settings, such as inbound and outbound mail server?

I don't have access to a Vista machine at the moment, but here is a relevant excerpt:

"Account setup information is no longer stored in the registry. It is instead stored alongside the mail itself, making it possible to copy an entire Windows Mail configuration and mail store to another machine in a single step. "

"The location of the message store can be found via Tools | Options | Advanced | Maintenance | Store Folder (the default is %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Mail\) and the location is also specified as the "Store Root" value under the Windows Mail registry key below.."
