Outlook Webmail - Not loading - red x

We use an exchage server for our email and some staff members access this remotely using the Outlook webmail.
One member is having problems using it. They tell me that when they go to forward an email or the likes they can't put anything into the body of the email as there is a small red x displaying. It is on a new machine with Windows Vista.

I remember on some other machines when accessing it, it would have asked you to install something. But this is not the case?
Any idea's what the problem is or what the component that would have been installed on these other machines?

Go ahead to upgrade to XP Pro with service pack 2. The Vista is new and many complains, so I suggest you wait for a while more before get that. In fact required a lot of things, old computer, low memory, slow cpu, etc. then forget Vista. Also, not every software or application you already have there will work in Vista.
