Deploying vista - Problems with imagex.exe/Windows PE tools

I am using the windows PE tools 2.0 commandline on vista32 to create a deployable wim-file.
Syntax: imagex /boot /compress max /capture c: e:\vista32.wim "Vista32"
It starts: "Scanning: 2 files in 4 directories
[Error: 32] c:\Boot\BCD"
Then it stops with the error:
"Error imaging drive [c:\] the process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process."

I restarted vista and tried again - the same.

Did anyone here succesfully use this command?

To image the boot drive you must start from Windows PE, not from Vista.
