dependencies not correctly registered

When I try to run a VB6 application on windows vista I get this massage!
can someone please help me?

component:'MSINET.OCX' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file missing or invalid

copy the file MSINET.OCX from wherever it is to C:\Windows\System32

the click Start-->Run and type

regsvr32 C:\Windows\System32\msinet.ocx and press enter

If you need the file you can download it or I can upload one for you
