"Access denied" message trying to access second hard drive under Vista Home Premium.

Question: 1. Upgraded to Vista Home Premium successfully and all runs fine. BUT
2. "Access Denied" when trying to read second physical hard drive (SATA)
3. Removed drive and attached to XP machine and reads fine.
4 Have run chkdsk and checked permissions.

try freeing up a bit of space >> The dis k is very full. 2GB free in say 320GB <<
