call to DllRegisterServer failed with error code 0x80004005 on Vista

I'm trying to register a VB6 DLL on a windows Vista machine and I get the following error:

The module <myDLL File> was loaded but the call to DllRegisterServer failed with error code 0x80004005.

The logged in user I is an Administrator account but I noticed that files may not be copied or saved to certain folders like C:\.

Any ideas? This is super urgent!

If there are no other errors have you tried registering it with an elevated command prompt?
(Start, All Programs, Accessories, right-click Command Prompt, and then click Run as Administrator)
Then use regsvr32 to register the DLL
