Cannot install Vista
Started with WIN XP SP2, have ADAPTEC SlimSCSI 1460D installed. Vista (shipping version) will not install and tells me to remove Adaptec driver (even though you can still buy this card). Have tried everything. Cannot get card removed from XP, cannot upgrade to Vista. This will prevent large install base at my company from adopting Vista. With everything we are hearing (and experiencing) we are moving towards no Vista deployment until 2009. Does anyone know how to move past this problem? Soln Adaptec - Adaptec SlimSCSI 1460 |
