How to enable Verbose Logging for MSI Installation failures?

Question: How do I enable Versbose logging for MSIInstallation failures in Windows XP?

I currently have a problem with an MSIInstaller. Says it's not found on the system but I can install other apps and I know it's therie because I can see it in Add/Remove Programs.
