Manually entering system standby

Question: Can i create a shortcut on my desktop that will put my system into standby mode?
I am running xp pro on a dell latitude laptop

I need to be able to go into standby easily - how can i do this?

According to this page:

rundll32.exe powrprof.dll,SetSuspendState

The system should hibernate if enabled in Power Options, otherwise should enter standby (suspend)..

(Just enter the above as the "target" in the shortcut.)
