Each instance of my browser and other programs, are individually displayed in the Tas

Question: For some reason Windows XP pro quit displaying multiple instances as one button that when you click on it, it opens so you can choose the instance you want. Can someone help me return it to what it was previously?

Go to Start -Settings - Control Panel

Select Taskbar and Start Menu
*if you do not see this on the left hand side click on "Switch to Classic View"

The fourth option down in the Taskbar Appearance section should say "Group similar taskbar buttons"
Make sure this option is checked.
