Html and htm files will not asscociate with my browser of choice

Question: Every since I downloaded IE 7, I cannot open html and htm files by double clicking on them in Firefox 2.0 I have tried open with.. and browsing to the folder containing firefox.exe. The system never places it in the "Open With" Dialog box, hence it wont open it with firefox.

Open Firefox, go to 'Tools|Options', pick 'Main' and look at the bottom of that window - there is a box labeled 'Sytem Defaults' and a button labeled 'Check now', click on it to set these files back to Firefox.
