XP - Error - LXBTtime.dll,_RunDLLEntry

Error - LXBTtime.dll,_RunDLLEntry

No error after uninstalling Lexmark. Reinstall Gives the error on boot up.

The dll is still in the registry
http://notechlimit.com/Downloads/ccsetup136.exe
Install this and run the "Scan for issues" and fix all the errors it finds,
This should remove the invalid dll registry entry, then try reinstall
