They can make a remote desktop connection from their desk to the local server with no issues. When they go to make a connection to a remote server, they get a licensing error: "The Remote Computer disconnected the session because of an error in the licensing protocol. Please try connecting to the remote computer again or contact your system administrator." If the individual has local admin rights on the client side, the connection can be made. I checked the rights to the mstsc.exe file and it has everything short of full rights assigned. Any ideas where else I need to open security? |
