Installing SP1a

Question: Hello. I had to re-install WINXP on my computer. While installing SP1, the install tried to access the internet. The problem is my internet connection is wireless through a USB 2.0 adapter and without SP1a installed, my USB 2.0 ports will not recognize the adapter. Is there a way to obtain the USB 2.0 driver in order to connect to the internet and finish loading the SP?

Well, it's been interesting.

Please check my first post - we all took a vote, and it will work

"Hi mhoggard,
Just download the actual SP2 file to another computer and burn it to CD.
Then copy the file to your computer and run it.

I've used that process several times sucessfully."
