Problem: The User would like to have his Taskbar on the left side , and the Taskbar should have 2 columns (or lines, or even raws as some call). When the user restarts or logs off , the taskbar is kept on the left side, so its ok. BUT: just a single colummn is there . Just like the windows default setting. I tried everything : lock/unlock, move around, disable antispy software, check to see that no harmful programs are running. I even download a reg key from the internet restore_taskbar.reg to the default settings, but nothing happened. Any ideas ? Any ideas which reg key is not set properly ? corrupted profile ? Any solutions ? |

Is the "Don't save settings at log-off" GPO setting enabled? /F |
