Finding Offline Files - On A Disk Following A PC Crash

I have a laptop that was setup to MS Office sync files stored on a server drive to my laptop.
The laptop motherboard is dead but the disk is ok.

I can see the disk files by attaching it as a slave it to a working PC and booting up the working PC (not from the laptop).
However I cannot find the offline files for this user on the laptop disk.

Does anyone know where I can find them and will they be intact (ie can I copy them off the laptop to a DVD and will they be usable MS Office files).

As stated I am not logging on as the user in question and I am not booting from the original laptop disk.

CSC files are syncronisation files which cannot be backed up or opened in word. it is an syncronisation files and which cannot be opened.
