How do I put outlook .pst info into exchange to be shared?

ALright, I am using SBS2003, I need to correlate outlook with exchange. My number one priority right now is to get the contacts/calendar shared across 6 client cpu's before morning. I have a .pst file that has been accumulated over the years and I want this list to be shared accross the network. How do I get these contacts and calaendars into exchange to be shared?

Create a Public folder for each... contacts and calendars, and then you can drag the items from your pst folder into the new public folders you created.

For a user to be able to use the contacts folder as an Outlook Address Book, you need to configure that setting within Outlook for each user by right clicking on the public folder > properties > Outlook Address Book tab > Show this folder as an e-mail address book.
