windows xp professional 32bit not booting

windows xp professional 32bit is not booting up
i press enter after i see press any key to boot from cd
when i press it blank ..but windows xp 64bit loads well

and click here to install button is disabled in autorun

The 32 bit cd must not be readable by your cdrom drive (scratched/dirty)

What are you trying to install from Autorun? You have to already be in windows to use autorun
It could be the the "UPGRADE" is not a valid upgrade so it will not show the click here to install button.
