recover user profile

Question: how can i recover a user corrupted profile from xp pro?
Note: The system restore is off.

Actually, that was meant to login as the local Administrator account in Safe Mode

Once the profile is renamed, then when they login it will create a new one. Just need to migrate their Desktop, Favorites, Nethood and Startup folders, and reconfigurethier email and it should be as good as new. Any apps run will self configure for first runs, but should be fine...
