Question: Have an acer laptop and when i shutdown...more often then not i get "end now" for ccapp and explorer and i believe a few others......I wind up having to stick around and click on these end now boxes as teh puter wont auto shutdown.....Is there a program or some kind of way that i can find out whats causing stuff to hang...In the meantime i will try to disable norton antivirus in msconfig and see if this helps.......

there are also a dozen entries for the acer but not sure which ones i can uncheck....
