Posts: 1,497 Join Date: Mar 2007 Rep Power: 3 IM:	The option to check or uncheck the "Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened th Question: I am having a problem opening attachments I know to be safe in my email program ( Outlook Express 6.0 with Service Pack 2 ). I know about the option to change this behavior in the Security Tab of the OE Options page. My problem is the option is grayed out so I can not uncheck the box that says "Do no allow attachments to be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus.... How do I gain access to this security control ?? Is there a registry setting I need to change ?? Please help... I have searched the internet and the Microsoft Data Base and was unable to find a solution.
