Default How is possible to synchronize a time pc that is not a part of a doman with a domain

Question: I' d like to have a possibility to synchronize a time from the machine that inst a part of a domain with a domain controller.
From the client machine I am tring the next command: net time \\Timesrv /set /y i am receaving access denied, becose I am doing with a non domain user.
I have also tryed to create a same user to a non domain pc and a same user on a domain controller, but I am still reciving access denied. Is there any workarund?

Can you set the pc to use the same **external** time source that the DC uses?
No, becose all the external ports (public) are closed, on the router, where I have the client pc. Acctually, the client pc is in a remote location in a separate network.
Yes, I ve already tryed to use some utility like atomic clock sync and it works great. Well if I dont find any workaround then I 'll start to think to open ntp port to use an external time source.

When you try to access a resource form a computer that is not part of the domain, which in this case that rescource is the NTP protocol you need to authenticate to the computer that holds the resource which in this circumstance is on a DC. by using admin creditentials you can acces any resource. I am not sure if to acces NTP you need the admin credentials but it would make sure that your bases are covered. In regards to runas if you are presenting your creditionals as domainname\username and you are accessing a server/computer that is in a domain it will verify against the active directory located on the network. I hope this explanation helps.
