Open dialog box: Fix View mode option to Details

When I click on a Browse button, a dialog box pop up. By default, the files here in are listed in "View" mode. Usually, i will have to click on "View mode" to change it to "thumbnail" or other settings. How do i fix it once and for all to stay as "Details" mode?

That is unfortunately not possible, as it is hardcoded into the code launching the FileOpen dialogue, in comdlg32.exe, in which view it will pop up.
