Internet Explorer 7 error: "Your browser settings prevent you from automatically red

Question: Windows XP, all patches installed. Internet Explorer 7 is preventing me from accessing my mail at Yahoo.com. It gives me the message:

"If you are seeing this page, your browser settings prevent you from automatically redirecting to a new URL. Please click here to continue." When I click on the link provided, it says "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage."

This error occurs on more than one machine on the network.

The particular URL it's trying to address is: https://login.yahoo.com/config/login...?acoj1gtd8bdkm

If that doesn't work, open IE and goto TOOLS>INTERNET OPTIONS. Click on the security tab then click on the custom level button. Under Miscellaneous (almost half way down) select Prompt under "Access Data Sources Across Domains". The scroll down to "Navigate Subframes Across Different Domains" and again, select prompt. Now hit OK and OK again and try it.
It should now prompt you to navigate to that page. Selecting Prompt keeps malicious sites from redirecting you you to their Phishing site unknowingly.
