Runnig dialup/ADSL connection from command line

I have ADSL connection to the Internet. Sometimes it drops for some unknown reason, actually what happens is internet port is closed (as reported by dialer on redialing) by some program (I have several programs working with Internet) and system needs to be restarted in order to restore connection.

Thus, I need some command/script to re-dial the connection automatically when line drops.
(The option inside the connection properties to re-dial on drop is not handy - I need to restart system and run the script on startup)

Can you please advise anything on that?

C:\WINDOWS\system32\rasphone.exe -ld "%1"
