I got Microsoft Exchange 2003 Enterprise Edition with Service Pack 2 and 40 workstations with Micorosoft Outlook installed on them. I am confused on Outlook Calendar tool and Microsoft Exchange Calendar Update Tool. I already installed Outlook calendar tool on the clients that have Outlook. Should install Microsoft Exchange Calendar Update Tool also on the client on top of Outlook Calendar tool? On the Exchange server what should I do aside from Update for daylight saving time changes in 2007 for Exchange 2003 Service Pack 2 (KB 926666) and for its Windows SErver 2003 R2 Standard-Update for Windows Server 2003 (KB931836)

If all your clients have Outlook already updated, then you won't need the Exchange Calendar Update. This update is for Exchnage only - not for Outlook clients.

All servers and workstations need the windows update for updating DST. If they do not get it in time - then you may be unable to logon to the domain. (but the TZMOVE tool only needs to be run on clients that have Outlook running (the ones you want the appointments to be correct after the time change)
