I have a laptop computer that gets a Blue Screen when the Laptop boot. It flashs and then restart. I'm unable to see the blue screen message.

It doesnt start in either mode (Normal, safe, safe with command, safe with network). I can remove the hard drive and plug it in a USB adapter and I see all the information. I have changed the ram but still get the blue screen.

Since I'm able to plug the hard drive in my other laptop, Is there a way to change a setting in the hard drive to see the blue screen?

do you have sp2 installed? if you do when you goto the menu to load safe mode there is an option to turn off automatic restart on error thats the easiest way to make it to where you can see the blue screen if its not there there is another way to get it done just let me know and i can step u through it.
