How to enable welcome login as Administrator

There are several pc, some login as admin, some login as Administrator, I want to all login as Administrator,

I need to set the the login interface as welcome, just name index in left and password needed in left, not to press the 3 keys, ctrol-shift-delete, one.

But one pc only display admin in the login page, no administrator.

But when I try to rename the admin to administrator, it said the administrator already exsit.

Utilize this key to hide (in your case, unhide usernames on the welcome screen). Adminstrator should have a value of 1
